MV Sakura

Should you have a honeymoon or a simple holiday breaks to Tubbataha? MV Sakura liveaboard is your exclusive means transport and boarding. MV Sakura is once a conventional outrigger called “banca”, a small boat made up of bamboo with outriggers. It was 25×10 meters in size which could accommodate up to 16 guests. It offers a cruise to Tubbataha somewhere between March and June. It was created sometime in 1995 and then it was restructured sometime in 2007 to become a cozy vessel, ideal for divers or groups who like mandrill atmosphere.
These days, MV Sakura’s electronic components of direction-finding are made up of a GPS (Global Positioning System), sounders, and also radar for direction-finding at nighttime. The communication is secured with technologies of VHF and SSB.
For emergency situations, MV Sakura is fully equipped with pharmacy, medic first aid kit, oxygen, life jackets and rafts, and fire extinguishers are readily available on the ship.
Accommodations
Accommodations include 5 cabins and all is fully air-conditioned. Each cabin is cleanly bedecked along with apertures and small storage for clothing. There are 2 twin cabins or simply known as twin bed and then 3 quad cabins that have bunk bed accommodating 4 pax. The ship deck is intended for sunbathing and diving area. The diving area is made up of a wide kitting up corner as well as a shower to rinse after diving. A surface cover operation is conducted from the dinghies at the same time intended for transport to/from the boat within the dive spot.
Sumptuous meals aboard are deliciously served by the Filipino Chef with love into the tavern. The tour guide of MV Sakura is Filipino and able to speak Spanish and English who is also assisted with dive masters. There certified PADI professionals on board as well and the dive ration is 4:1 given that everyone may enjoy a soothing dive.
MV Sakura cruise’ last 4 days and 5 nights or 5 days and 6 nights, departing from Puerto Princesa. If your company is planning to have a business at the same time educational voyage, then the ship can possibly be rented for groups. Just give MV Sakura a call for enquiries.
Rates and Packages
Prices begin at 1100 US Dollar per person; voyages are all-inclusive, excluding dive apparatus rentals and alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic drinks can be purchased from the boat or bringing your own alcoholic drinks may do as well. Full dive apparatus rentals are readily available but bringing your own gears is best also to save a few bucks. Longer voyages and group rates could very well be prearranged.
