Bancoran Island

Bancoran Island used to be a famous dive site. It is located at approximately 38 nautical miles west southern of Basterra Reef. There were 5 star dives I the west and northwest faces.
On its sandy slopes you will find large numbers of turtles, spiny lobsters, large sponges, giant clams, barracuda, tuna, cuttlefish, white tip reef sharks, black tip reef sharks, grey reef sharks, groupers, snappers, angelfish, surgeonfish, soldierfish, mackerel, manta rays, moray eels, and eagle rays.
Unfortunately, the star rating of the Bancoran Island has decreased due to the inhabitation of the island.
